Mr. Mallory is founder of Mallory Law Group. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Florida and Colorado, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal in the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States District Courts in the Northern, Middle, Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States District Court for Colorado. He currently serves as Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement, Animal Control, and Zoning Appeals in Palm Beach County, Florida. He is a Florida Certified General Contractor since 1984, and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales License since 1979. He is an instrument-rated private pilot, and is a Legal Services Plan Provider for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He rated 10-Superb by AVVO.com, an independent lawyer rating service.

Prior to law school, Mr. Mallory had a successful track record in the construction and land development industry. In high school, starting as a construction laborer, he became a carpenter and crew leader. In the early 1980’s, he owned M-Square Framing Company, a drywall/interior construction company,. He has been a Project Manager for the Hoffman Group, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, and was Vice-President of Jennings Construction and Development.

Mr. Mallory is a life-long outdoorsman and conservationist. As a member the Pelican Island Audubon Society in the 1970’s, he served as Beaches and Shores Liaison, and lectured on the causes and cures for beach erosion.

Mr. Mallory has been actively involved with the churches of which he has been a member, Place of Hope, Boy Scouts of America, the Jupiter-Tequesta Chamber of Commerce, and has been active in service to The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the North Palm Beach County Bar Association.
