Robert Gaines is an associate attorney at Mallory Law Group, focusing on a diverse range of legal areas including commercial litigation, construction law, corporate law, contracts, appellate law, and associated fields. During his legal studies, Robert gained valuable experience through an externship with Judge Ernest Kollra of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Fort Lauderdale, which enhanced his understanding of judicial processes and refined his legal skills. He would later graduate cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
Before joining Mallory Law Group in 2023, Robert spent the early years of his career honing his expertise in commercial litigation. During this time, he also developed a thorough understanding of real estate law while managing residential transactions and litigating eviction and foreclosure matters.
Beyond his legal work, Robert enjoys golfing, spending time with family, and supporting his favorite South Florida sports teams.
